Celebration Europe got off to a great start today and Jedi News have been in the thick of things.
We attended what was practically a private audience with Steve Sansweet when a press conference initially failed to attract any members of the media, but this was largely due to the location of the conference in the bowels of ExCel. For about half-an-hour, we and a few of the guys from www.MintInBox.net were able to ask Steve all manner of questions ranging from what’s going on with the two TV series to when we might expect to see a box-set of all 6 movies. Steve told us that the Clone Wars series is moving along (we’ll mention more on this later) and that the live-action series is currently in pre-production and will be filmed in Australia (sorry Vancouver…) As for the box-set, when asked if the movies would be the current versions or was George likely to tinker with any of them, Steve left us with this question – “what do you think?”

We’d like to thank everyone who has visited our stand today and entered our prize draw, and we look forward to many more of you stopping by over the next couple of days. The draw has been very well received and everyone has been more than willing to contribute to our designated charity, the ‘Make-a-Wish Foundation’. Steve later took time out of his busy schedule to stop by our stand to collect a t-shirt and some badges and kindly posed for a photograph.
