‘Chop Sabers’ are revealed to the world

Lastly, (me thinks for the moment), following on from the success of their shot glass range Kotobukiya have unveiled further dining accessories in the form of your very own Lightsaber chopsticks.

There are three sets to choose from, Luke Skywalker’s (blue) & Darth Vader’s (red) are 9″ long and Yoda’s (green) is 8″ long.  The ‘blades’ are translucent and each set comes with a translucent Star Wars logo rest.

These cool items will be hitting stores in 2010, but if you are going to the SDCC 09 event next week then you will get the chance to see these in ‘action’ as they become the focul point of ‘Chop Saber Duels’ between you and members of the 501st.  There will be a prize giveaway for the most skillful Jedi.
