More Rogue One news, as we get closer to celebrating the 5th anniversary of the film in December, ILM’s Hal Hickel has shared an image from a deleted scene, an image that did appear in the film’s main trailer.

The scene involved a conversation between Darth Vader and Grand Moff Tarkin that was filmed in front of a large LED screen. Gary Whitta added that he was not unfortunately present when this was filmed and it was not something he wrote, suggesting the scene was added by Chris Weiss.
Here’s hoping that Lucasfilm and some of the licensees celebrate the film’s release later this year; we are still missing many of the film’s main characters from Hasbro (in the Vintage & Black Series lines) and also as LEGO minifigures.
