The former NBA Experience at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World will soon be home to a new limited time Star Wars virtual reality experience, running from May 2nd through to July 27th, and featuring ILMxLAB’s Star Wars: Tales from Galaxy’s Edge.
The complimentary preview will allow guests to try out the Quest 2 headsets and experience Batuu in 360 degree VR.
The NBA Experience has remained closed since Walt Disney World shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic. Disney announced in August 2021 that it would not reopen. A long term replacement is still being developed.
