A former Art Director for Lucasarts launches a Kickstarter project with the aim of bringing us an exciting new graphic novel.
Hi! I’m Gary Winnick, the co-creator of Lucasfilm’s Maniac Mansion and Art Director of Lucasarts for its’ first decade. I’ve worked at a lot of high profile companies over the years. But working for someone else has never given me the true sense of accomplishment I have from writing and drawing my first complete graphic novel ‘Bad Dreams’.
I spent the last three and a half years nights and weekends working on the approximately 150 pages of story and features to serialize and finish this book. Why are we here? What’s life really about? Will you ever be happy? I really can’t answer any of those questions, but I do know that there’s more going on in this world than meets the eye.
