Ewan at Star Wars Books brings us news of a fascinating book that will be with us 21st October focusing on the life of the original Anakin Skywalker, the late Sebastian Shaw.
I would like to bring your attention to a new book that is being privately published, Sebastian Shaw: Memoirs and Recollections. Compiled, edited and published by Sebastian’s cousin, Isobel Montgomery Campbell, this book is drawn from Sebastian’s own memoirs and personal notes. His own memoirs account for his early life up to his military service in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War, but Isobel has added six appendices which cover his later life, including his role in Star Wars, which are compiled from his own unfinished notes.
Sebastian Shaw: Memoirs and Recollections is published by Shaw Press on 21st October and is limited to 500 copies. It can be ordered online at shawpress.co.uk.
Ewan has also set up a promotional page at his site, Star Wars Books & Comics. Head on over there and check it out, and browse his excellent resource site.
