It’s Black Friday for Star Wars fans and Michael over at George Shot First brings us news of some very cool new tees available through the site.
We’ve been toiling away on a couple fun new designs that I figured you and your readers would want to check out. This latest wave of t-shirts is all about the complicated relationship between George Lucas and his fans… delivered with our trademark wink and nod, of course!
The first design is titled “Thank the Maker” and depicts GL as the benevolent deity of the Star Wars universe… after all, he DID create it!
Our second design is called “Whiners of the Lost Crib” and depicts some angry natives, er… fans, chasing Mr. Lucas in a tongue-in-cheek homage to a famous scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Both shirts are available right now at www.georgeshotfirst.com and this Thursday and Friday they can both be acquired for $4 less with our special May the Fourth sale. In fact, the WHOLE STORE will be discounted, so it’s a great time to load up on t-shirts and hats celebrating George Lucas and the Star Wars fandom!
Thanks and May the Fourth be with you!
