Following on from pairs inspired by C-3PO, Boba Fett, and Darth Vader, this offering takes a far subtler route in terms of design. “Core Black” synthetic fabrics and TPU overlays used for structural support have been used to build the upper, while “Sand” leather and more “Core Black” TPU has been used to construct the shoe’s heel section.
A “Sand” midsole clip sits on top of black BOOST that runs the full length of the sole unit, and is finished with embossed adidas branding. What makes this pair of ZX 2K BOOSTs special is its nod to Han Solo — most notably, the character’s signature belt has been translated onto the shoe in the form of a strap-buckle that wraps over the lacing system.
Underneath this, you’ll find a Han Solo patch stitched onto the tongue, as well as “STAR” and “WARS” lace locks. Rounding out this collaborative sneaker is another set of lace locks — one of which says “HAN SOLO” and the other replicating the Millennium Falcon — as well as a special edition box.
The Han Solo inspired adidas ZX 2K BOOST retail for ~$197 USD and are available whilst stocks last at atmos Tokyo.

Also coming from adidas on September 17th on the adidas website are adidas C-3PO’s Signature Top Ten Hi for $110 USD, and adidas Originals Superstar Darth Vader for $120 USD. Happy hunting!
