Goldin has closed its 2026 Vintage Star Wars Auction, with multiple record-breaking results across vintage figures, vehicles, and collectibles, led by the 1977 Kenner Darth Vader First Shot Loose Action Figure which reached $51,241, a new all-time record.
Goldin, an internationally renowned auction house known for rare and record-breaking collectible sales, closed its Vintage Star Wars Auction on Thursday, June 3. The auction set a new all-time record for the 1977 Kenner Darth Vader First Shot Loose Action Figure, Mushroom Tip DT Saber, Thin Alternate Cape, graded AFA Archival EX 60, which realized $51,241. Additional record-setting results include the 1977 Topps Star Wars Series 1 Unopened Wax Box at $36,601; the 1979 Kenner Star Wars Millennium Falcon Photo Sample Loose Vehicle at $15,250; and the 1983 Kenner Star Wars Luke Bagged Figure with Meccano Free Figure Sticker at $4,307. Meanwhile, a 1979 Kenner Rocket-Firing Boba Fett Prototype Loose Action Figure (L-Slot) graded AFA NM 9.0 realized $86,620, and a Production-Made Emperor’s Royal Guard Helmet from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (1983) realized $91,500.
