We open the ninth doors of the LEGO CITY (#60475), LEGO Disney (#43273), LEGO Friends (#42668), LEGO Harry Potter (#76456) and LEGO Minecraft (#21280) Advent Calendars.
LEGO have been releasing Advent Calendars for over two decades, celebrating twenty-one years for LEGO CITY, fourteen years for LEGO Friends, seven years for LEGO Harry Potter, two years for LEGO Disney, and the very first year for LEGO Minecraft.
Let’s take a look behind the ninth door of each to see what they bring (click on the images for a closer look)…
LEGO CITY (#60475)
Behind the ninth door we get another minifigure, this time it’s a child (with small legs) wearing a reindeer costume, complete with a printed 1×1 round tile of a compass to help show the way.
LEGO Disney (#43273)
Behind today’s door we get a rather sparse looking 11 piece hearth with connection points for other accessories, that I guess will arrive tomorrow. The fire is lit using two transparent orange wedge elements.
LEGO Friends (#42668)
The ninth day brings us a writing desk with a lit candle and some festive decorations.
LEGO Harry Potter (#76456)
The ninth day brings us a couple of printed Galleons, that have previously only appeared in Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition (76417), so it’s good to see them included in a less expensive set.
LEGO Minecraft (#21280)
Today brings us an exclusive minifigure of Steve wearing a Snow Golem jumper/sweater, along with a diamond helmet, diamond pickaxe and an enchanting table.
