It’s pretty much well known throughout the Star Wars community that the Prototype Boba Fett armor is one of the most popular and iconic pieces of property (costume or otherwise) from the Saga that never made it into one of the films. You’ve seen images of the stark white armor from back in the day (visit this article on StarWars.com for more information on the genesis of this armor if needed) and probably own a prototype Fett armor piece somewhere in your Star Wars collection.
If you are a fan of the prototype Fett and are looking to acquire more items featuring this white armor, 2016 has you covered. It was revealed back in April that Hallmark had selected the prototype armor Fett as their 2016 Event Exclusive Keepsake Ornament that will be available for purchase at SDCC and NYCC.
And yesterday we saw our first look at the prototype armor Fett character car that Hot Wheels will be releasing as a Celebration Europe 2016 exclusive for fans to purchase next month (Hot Wheels also sent out this tweet showing a close-up image of the car).
So as you can see, the spotlight will be shining pretty brightly on this costume in 2016.
