Asmodee UK has confirmed the return of its virtual trade show substitute AsmoFair for January 2021, being held in the online space in the wake of the cancellation of both next year’s London Toy Fair and Spring Fair.
The latest iteration of the virtual event will run from January 17th to 23rd with the aim of recreating the experience of the annual in-person events calendar, in a safe environment.
AsmoFair offers retailers the opportunity to book virtual meetings with Asmodee for a closer look at the company’s must-have products for 2021, including the latest from the Dobble and Pokemon Trading Card Game ranges. The latest edition of the event, its third iteration, will also include a virtual, 360-degree walkthrough tour of a fully built show stand.
Meeting slots for January’s AsmoFair can be booked in at asmofair.co.uk, with weekend and weekday-evening slots also available to make it as convenient as possible to attend. Further details of spotlighted products will be announced in the coming weeks.
With the continued lockdown and social distancing, it seems virtual events will be the way forward for many companies and we will see if others decide to do this in lieu of Toy Fair and other trade shows.
