Ludwig Göransson Wins BAFTA Award for Best Original Score for Oppenheimer

Congratulations to The Mandalorian’s Ludwig Göransson who has just won the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award for Best Original Score for Oppenheimer.

Despite having four of the five nominations for Best Visual Effects, Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) missed out on the award which went to Poor Things.

UPDATE: Oppenheimer also won awards for Best Film, Best Director for Christopher Nolan, Leading Actor for Cillian Murphy, Supporting Actor for Robert Downey Jr., Cinematography for Hoyte van Hoytema, and Editing for Jennifer Lame – totalling seven out of the thirteen nominations. Poor Things won five awards from eleven nominations.
