ScreenRant was in attendance at the Denver Fan Expo, where The Acolyte’s Manny Jacinto revealed some new insights into his Star Wars character while speaking with Victor Dandridge, editor-in-chief at Vantage: Inhouse Productions. Referencing the incredible lightsaber duel where The Stranger dueled multiple Jedi Knights at once, Jacinto confirms the confrontation was originally more graphic:
“Star Wars has always been PG, but you want to find some brutal aspects of these fights… There was one moment, I think, where I just take one Jedi and keep slamming his head on to a rock, because we wanted to show how brutal this guy could be, without any remorse.”
