Michael Pennington is keeping his promise from earlier in the year, he had to cancel his appearance at May’s MCM Conic Con but promised to attend a later show, and is attending the show in October.
Acclaimed actor Michael Pennington appeared in Return of the Jedi as Imperial Moff Jerjerrod. The commander of the second Death Star, Tiaan Jerjerrod is the unfortunate officer in charge of the galactic superweapon’s construction – a scheme that the Rebel Alliance is determined to prevent at all costs.
While Pennington’s role as Jerjerrod has cemented his spot in sci-fi movie history, he is best known as an accomplished stage actor and the co-founder with director Michael Bogdanov of the English Shakespeare Company.
