Approvals/denials for Press badge submissions for New York Comic Con 2020 were scheduled to be sent out by July 1. However, that date has come and gone and appears to no longer be applicable as mention of the July 1 date has been removed from the official NYCC website (see screenshot below).
Press badge applications, which opened back on April 13, will be open till September 28, so the obvious assumption is approval/denial emails can be sent out by ReedPOP at any time during that span and even a little bit after the submission deadline has passed.
NYCC 2020 is scheduled for October 8-11 at the Javits Center.
