Press badge applications for New York Comic Con 2020 are now officially open for those members of the journalistic world who meet ReedPOP’s approved media requirements. Applications will be open until September 28 or until the maximum allotment of press badges is reached before that date.
NYCC 2020 is scheduled for October 8-11 at the Javits Center.
NYCC press registration is open for journalists regularly making editorial contributions. Editorial press includes writers, reporters, reviewers, producers, photographers, videographers, etc. who are attending specifically to write about NYCC and/or cover the event for newspapers, magazines, TV and radio.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You’ll be notified if you have been approved or denied within 21 business days of when you submitted your application. If approved, additional information will be provided in your confirmation email and receipt. Every individual applying for a NYCC press badge may only apply once.
The NYCC press application will be open from April 13 until September 28, unless we reach maximum capacity at an earlier date. We strongly recommend you apply early as once all press badges are allocated, no more will be released. There will be no onsite Press registration at NYCC.
