A new construction permit has been filed for the shuttered Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World, assigned to Sunstate Awning & Graphic Design, a Florida-based company that provides custom fabric and metal awnings.
The permit provides no other information, and the scope of the work is unknown. We know from Josh D’Amaro that ‘something will happen’ with the Galactic Starcruiser, but we still don’t know what that is, or if this permit relates to some form of future guest-facing project.
