David Whiteley and the filmmakers that brought us The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire are set to bring us a new documentary in December 2026. Elstree Strikes Back will go behind the scenes once more and the team have unearthed details of a previously uncredited manufacturer, including paperwork for the manufacture of parts for Darth Vader, Artoo-Detoo, See-Threepio and Boba Fett; including the original white Super Trooper costume.
David teased an announcement on his official X account late yesterday and has made the full announcement today, on Star Wars day, and his birthday!
