Following the postponement of his North American dates, Donald Glover has now canceled the remainder of his Childish Gambino tour in North America and Europe, saying he has surgery scheduled and needs “time out to heal.”

After my show in New Orleans, I went to the hospital in Houston to make sure of an ailment that had become apparent. After being assesed, it became clear i would not perform that night, and after more tests, i could not perform the rest of the US tour in the time asked. As of now…

Glover has not disclosed the reason for his hospitalization, nor the details of his planned surgery. His concerts in New Zealand and Australia, scheduled for January and February 2025, have not been mentioned in his recent comments (above) and we don’t know if they will go ahead.
