Well it’s our seventh birthday and around the same time as Episode VII starts to shoot just a few miles away from the Jedi News HQ here in London – it’s VERY exciting times. We want to thank all our wonderful team for helping us get to this milestone along with all of you that keep visiting! The future looks bright for Jedi News and Star Wars too.
To celebrate, join us at the Star Wars Fan Fun Day tomorrow in Burnley where we’ll be cutting our cake (above). We’ll also have various competitions towards the end of the month but first we need to finish up this leg of Caravan of the Force.
Starting late on Thursday 8th May and running for 10 days (finishing on Sunday 18th May) we’ll be auctioning off our remaining items on eBay with all proceeds to Make-A-Wish UK; here’s what you can bid on…
- Star Wars Xbox 360 with over 20 signatures (with help from our good friend Warwick Davis) including Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Ian McDiarmid, Peter Mayhew, Ben Burtt, Warwick Davis, Anthony Daniels, Kenny Baker, Jeremy Bulloch, Dave Prowse, Gary Kurtz, Dave Filoni, Ashley Eckstein, Jake Lloyd and many others!
- Caravan of the Force t-shirt signed by 90% of the guests at Celebration Europe II in Germany last year (with thanks to Maureen Bulloch).
