A few weeks ago it was reported that legendary composer Mr. John Williams would begin his work on the score for Episode VIII sometime this month. At the time of that posting, we didn’t know exactly when this month Mr. Williams would be starting. If the tweet embedded below is accurate and factual, we now know the answer to this question as it appears that Mr. Williams began the process of recording the score for Episode VIII yesterday.
John Williams starts recording music for STAR WARS: EPISODE VIII at Sony today. The bulk of scoring will be in the spring.
