Long Range Box Office Forecast for The Mandalorian and Grogu Improves

Following the start of an intensive marketing campaign for the first Star Wars film in six years, the long range box office prediction for The Mandalorian and Grogu has improved to between $90 and $100 million.

This value still has time to improve especially with The Mandalorian and Grogu World Tour that kicked off today and is set to take in Mexico City, Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid, New York, Tokyo and Los Angeles in the run up to the films cinematic release.

If the estimate stays the same, this would be the lowest value for a Star Wars film since the 2018 release of Solo: A Star Wars Story which opened with just $84.4 million (adjusted for inflation that equates to $111 million today).
