Pedro Pascal and Robert Rodriguez Share Netflix Trailer for We Can Be Heroes

Pedro Pascal, the man inside The Mandalorian armour, and director Robert Rodriguez share the trailer for the film they have made together for Netflix, titled We Can Be Heroes.

Pascal (playing a character named Marcus Moreno) stars alongside a collection of kids who must team up when extraterrestrial invaders abduct their superpowered parents.

Mr. Robot‘s Christian Slater, YaYa Gosselin and Priyanka Chopra Jonas also feature in the main cast, while Rodriguez directs.

As you can see from the footage, it’s a family-friendly affair with the additional return of superhero youngsters Sharkboy and Lavagirl.

Rodriguez previously made The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D in 2005, where the pair had to face off against another evil enemy.

Back in April, Pascal discussed his chrome-plated character’s future in The Mandalorian, with season 2 debuting just last month on Disney+.

We Can Be Heroes debuts on Netflix on New Years Day.
