An article posted by Variety states (via TSWU) that the world premiere of director Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi will be taking place on December 8. While Disney/Lucasfilm has yet to officially announce that the film will make its premiere on this date, we can probably safely assume the red carpet premiere will be live streamed on the official StarWars.com website as it was done for The Force Awakens and Rogue One.
