The theatrical debut of The Last Jedi may be a few weeks away, but that doesn’t mean we can’t direct some of our thoughts towards next year’s Blu-ray release of the film and all its glorious bonus content. One of my favorite aspects of a Blu-ray release is the director’s commentary track, which adds so much more substance to the actual film.
Rian Johnson posted this image on his Instagram account teasing work on recording the commentary track for the Episode VIII home media release is underway. This will be the first thing I load up as soon as I get home from picking up the Blu-ray for The Last Jedi on release day for sure.
