The 52nd Annual Saturn Awards took place last night with awards for Rosario Dawson for Best Actress in a Television Series for Ahsoka, Best Animated Television Series or Special for The Bad Batch, plus an award for Mark Hamill in The Fall of the House of Usher.

Despite being nominated for three of the seven films for Best Visual Effects, ILM lost out to Dune: Part Two, although Deadpool & Wolverine did win Best Action/Adventure Film which the special effects house worked on.
Star Wars alumni were involved in several of the films and shows up for awards, with The Wild Robot winning the Best Animated Film, featuring the voices of Mark Hamill, Lupita Nyong’o and Pedro Pascal; and Mark Hamill won the award for Best Guest Star in a Television Series for the role of Arthur Gordon Pym in The Fall of the House of Usher (Netflix).
