New York Toy Fair is a buzzing with activity, you could almost draw a parallel to a certain Cantina in Mos Eisley since there’s such a hive of activity, although the people here are much nicer! People are free to share information although most products related to Solo: A Star Wars Story are hidden from display or not even present — and we couldn’t discuss them with you even if we were allowed (some cool things are coming though).
One of the many things we did learn and can share, even though there’s been no official announcement from Lucasfilm or Disney is the on-shelf date for product for Solo, and that’s confirmed as 20th April (as we’ve previously discussed before); many licensees here at the show are openly talking about this date. What we’ve also learnt is that products for the film will be revealed in early April to avoid the leaks by retailers putting out products early.
We also found the product release dates for many other 2018 films too….
