Fan PaNel Applications
Fans are the heart of Star Wars Celebration and we want to hear what makes your corner of the Star Wars galaxy special. We’re looking for fun, creative, and diverse programming to be held at the Fan Stage, University Stage, and Collector’s Stage throughout the weekend. Bring your ideas to life and submit a panel today!
All fan-submitted panels must complete the application and review process. Participation in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles.

Holonet News Applications
Star Wars Celebration is looking for the very best Star Wars podcasters and fan news outlets from across the Galaxy! Do you have a fan-led news outlet or podcast that celebrates Star Wars? Connect with your audience at Star Wars Celebration by hosting an in-person panel on the Holonet News Stage!

Bring your community to the heart of the galaxy! Star Wars Celebration is all about fans, and we’re excited to once again offer a limited number of tables for fan clubs & organizations to connect with fellow fans, showcase club activities, and recruit new members. Where you’re showcasing group cosplay or a passion for collecting, celebrating a favorite character, or promoting a charity initiative, this is your chance to share what makes your corner of the Star Wars galaxy special.

Fan-Built Props & Sets
Have you built a life-size ship, recreated an iconic location, or crafted a prop that’s ready for its close-up? Star Wars Celebration has always been home to some of the most impressive fan-made creations. From detailed prop replicas to immersive environments and large-scale fan-built displays, we want to celebrate the creativity, craftsmanship, and passion of the Star Wars community by showcasing fan creations throughout the event.
Because space is limited, all submissions will be reviewed through an application process. Participation in previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles. Fan props must be staffed by at least one person who represents the group during Show Floor/Exhibit Hall hours.
