It is being reported that the Disney+ Star Wars series The Acolyte, from showrunner Leslye Headland, is now shooting at Shinfield Studios near Reading in the UK, and is scheduled to run through to May 2023.
According to multiple sources of mine, I am able to exclusively reveal that the upcoming live-action Star Wars series, The Acolyte, was filming earlier this week at Shinfield Studios, Berkshire and that the production was utilising the large outdoor set located behind Shinfield Studios which looks to be a town or marketplace of some kind. Additionally onlookers have informed me that they saw multiple actors being ushered in and out of trailers including the series lead, Amandla Stenberg (Bodies Bodies Bodies).
The Acolyte is expected to be released on Disney+ in late 2023 or early 2024.
