The Mandalorian and Grogu Drops 60% on Third Weekend of Release

Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu took a further tumble at the box office on its third weekend, dropping 60% in North America to just $10 million, taking its US total to $155.8 million, whilst globally its reached $293 million.

Disney’s “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu” took sixth place with $10 million in its third weekend of release, marking a painful 60% drop. The “Star Wars” spinoff has earned $155.8 million domestically and $293 million globally.

The Mandalorian and Grogu is expected to break $300 million over the next week, but is highly unlikely to surpass the $393 million box office total achieved by Solo: A Star Wars Story, previously the holder of the lowest box office take for a live-action film in the Star Wars franchise.
