A long-standing Star Wars mystery has been solved! During Thursday’s “Animated Origins and Unexpected Fates” panel at Celebration Orlando 2017, Pablo Hidalgo and Dave Filoni showed some unused animation footage from The Clone Wars that featured Cad Bane and Boba Fett squaring off mano a mano in an old Western-style face-off. What happens at the end of this showdown provides an answer as to how Boba got that famous dent on his Mandalorian helmet. Check out the footage via the tweet below.
