We are only two episodes in to the eight episode run of the first season of Willow on Disney+, and Warwick Davis, who portrays the eponymous character, has addressed the possibility of returning for a second season.
Davis said: “Jon Kasdan is such a prolific writer, his mind never stops. So he keeps coming up to me saying: ‘Hey, Warwick I have this great idea. We could do this, that and the other. I go: “Okay Jon, shall we just see what happens with this one first?'”
Providing the support is there from fans and audiences, Davis said he would be “excited” to reprise the role yet again.
“But I’m excited to go back. Of course, I would. But let’s just see,” Davis added. “If the audience supports us with this then I’d be happy to put the wig on again and get my staff out and start doing some more magic.”
