Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order arrived on multiple platforms including Xbox One on November 15th, 2019 and the feedback so far has been very positive.
At around the time of launch, Seagate released a 2TB external hard disk drive with USB 3.0, designed for Xbox One, with theming tied directly to the game. This officially licensed product features the iconic Purge Trooper helmet, republic cog logo and the game’s logo on the front of the drive. On the reverse is iconography including the cog logo.
Storage wise, there is space for fifty plus game titles on this 2TB portable hard drive which uses the same HDD firmware as the Xbox One console, allowing for seamless integration and gameplay. This small drive (height 1.48cm, width 8cm and length 11.7cm) is very portable and features high speed USB 3.0 connectivity for true plug and play.
Inside the themed box you will find the drive itself, cable, quick start guide and warranty information. Connecting to your Xbox One console is very easy, with one end of the cable going into the drive and another into the Xbox. The drive should be instantly recognised and useable as additional storage for gameplay.
Cost wise, you a paying a premium for the Star Wars branding but it does look better than a dull coloured drive next to your Xbox console. Seagate have been producing companion drives for the Microsoft’s Xbox console for many years and their name is synonymous with good quality storage within the industry. If you need extra Xbox storage this is the drive you are looking for, and it would make a great gift this holiday season.
