Via their official Twitter account, ILMxLAB has sent out word that we can expect to see our first taste of story details associated with the new Star Wars: Tales From the Galaxy’s Edge virtual reality experience that was next week on July 28. Specifics on this new collaborative project with Oculus Studios announced back in May have been scarce other than the fact that it takes place between the events of The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker on the outskirts of Batuu’s Black Spire Outpost of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Star Wars: Tales from Galaxy’s Edge is slated to be released sometime later this year (an official release date has yet to be announced).
