Elsa Charretier Artbook #2 Funded on Kickstarter in Record Time

After the success of her last Artbook, Elsa Charretier has taken to Kickstarter to launch issue 2, and it reached it’s pledge goal in no time at all!

The pledge target set was £8,260 (€9,000 approx.) and the sum pledged now sits at an impressive £28,586 (€30,000 approx.). This is an amazing achievement, so well done to Elsa.

As a kid, you’d have to tie me to a chair so I’d stay still.

My parents encouraged my high-energy and independent personality, but I think it’s fair to say they were secretly worried: “how in the hell is this kid going to find a job?!”.

Maybe I’ve been trying to make up for lost time (I, in fact, could not get a job for a very long time), but since I found comics 8 years ago, I’ve been creating like a mad person. Compulsively. I drew many books for DC Comics, Marvel, Star Wars, and craving for more independence, I launched my first-ever artbook last year.

Our wildly successful Kickstarter campaign confirmed that you guys crave a closer relationship to artists you love, and long to get a peek behind the scenes. This year’s artbook is just that: an even more throughout insight into my artistic process, many high-quality renditions of pieces never seen before, and new chapters.

If you already own issue 1, or even if you missed out on it, be sure there will be plenty of Star Wars content in their as well all of Elsa’s other amazing work!
