With the release of The Clone Wars series in the USA just around the corner, fans over here can’t be blamed for feeling a little frustrated at the lack of official news on the UK release.
Hopefully the wait is nearly over, as SKY have reported in their latest monthly magazine (Skymag) that they will be showing The Clone Wars on October 25th at 7pm on Sky Movies Premiere HD.
They don’t give many details but describe the show as ‘a brand-new weekly half hour animated show which continues from the new feature film Star Wars: The Clone Wars.‘
This sounds like it could be bad news for people who don’t have a Sky TV HD subscription.
We spoke to Lucasfilm earlier in the week and we’re waiting for the official word on this, but we’ll be sure to bring you further details as and when we get them. In the meantime let us know your thoughts on the release in our forums.
