Illustrator Kazuhiko Sano has passed away. The artist was best known for his 1983 Return of the Jedi poster and his science paintings for National Geographic. His stunning Jedi piece became a commonly used image from the film, seen worldwide, and his loss is another hole in the Star Wars world.
