Launch day for World of Warcraft: Forever is November 4, 2026, and the servers open at 3:00 p.m. PST. Blizzard lists 4 new zones for the launch, more than 1,000 new quests between levels 1 and 60, and 9 new 5-player dungeons that run from level 13 to level 60. The raid calendar starts on December 9, 2026, with Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit and Onyxia’s Lair opening to level 60 characters.
Every player will spend the weeks in between differently. A raider counts the days to Onyxia, an explorer wants every quest in the new zones, and a dungeon fan wants to see all 9 with friends. So start with the goal: name it, size it against your real schedule, and only then decide whether you want help with any part of it.
Put a date on the goal
The launch window has 2 fixed points, November 4 and December 9, with 35 days between them. If your goal is a raid spot when Onyxia’s Lair opens, your character needs level 60 before December 9, ideally with a few evenings to spare for gear. If raids can wait, those 35 days can go to a relaxed questing pace, a profession or an alt.
Write the goal down in 1 sentence, with a date in it. “Level 60 before the raids open.” “Level 40 and a mount by the end of November.” “Every new dungeon cleared once by December 9.” A sentence like that shows what to skip as well as what to chase, and it opens any brief you write later.
Measure the goal in hours
Leveling speed varies, so borrow a benchmark. At LFCarry, our speedrunners plan the full 1-60 route at about 150 hours in game, following the quests across the new zones and clearing each dungeon once for the experience its quests give.
Now divide 150 by the hours you can really play. At 2 hours an evening, that is at least 75 evenings, well past the 35 days to raid night. Some players see that number and move the goal to level 40 and a mount. Others keep 60 and look for help with the stretches they enjoy least.
A tip from the same route: dungeon quests pay extra experience, so each dungeon is worth the most on the visit when its quests are already in your log.
Choose the parts you want to play
Before you agree on any help, list the moments you would hate to miss: the story of the 4 new zones, perhaps, or a group’s debut run through a new dungeon, or a profession you want to level by hand. Those parts stay yours. The rest is open for help, which comes in 2 formats.
In self-play, you stay on your character while a Pro plays alongside you or coaches the route. In piloted leveling, a Pro from our team plays the character by hand, and a free live stream covers 100% of the playtime, so you can drop in and watch any session. Level brackets make the route easy to split: you can start mid-level, stop at 40 for riding, or hand over only the last stretch to 60.

Agree on the help in writing
Whatever the format, write the help down before the work starts. Think of it as a mission briefing: the target, the timetable, who flies which leg, and how everyone reports in. A useful brief answers 5 questions:
- What is the goal, and by when?
- What counts as done?
- How many hours a day, and by whom?
- Where will you see progress?
- What stays on the character afterward?
Our WoW Forever leveling page works as a ready example of those answers. A full 1-60 covers quests plus 1 clear of every dungeon, 60% riding and a mount at level 40, and Cooking, First Aid and Fishing to 300. With 1 booster, a Pro plays your character 12 hours a day, and the character reaches 60 in 10 to 14 days. With 2 boosters in shifts, it keeps moving around the clock and reaches 60 in 5 to 7 days, which leaves the most evenings for gear before the raids. Shift hand-offs follow a written checklist for the quest log, hearth, bags and repairs. Gold, bags, gear and reputation earned along the way all stay on the character.
After checkout, a private order chat opens with your Pro, and progress is tracked there until the goal is reached. Every leveling order also includes a personal plan for professions, gear, talents and dual spec.
Leave room to change course
Plans rarely survive launch week intact: friends pick a different realm, or a new class catches your eye. A brief that starts small copes with that. You can begin with 1 level bracket and extend it later in the same chat with more levels, professions, gear, gold or another character. The start date is flexible too: your Pro can begin on launch day or on any later day you pick, for the same price.
If you are still unsure what to ask for, start with a question. LFCarry’s Smart Chat on the WoW Forever hub answers questions about the game, helps you plan and calculate an order, and quotes custom work for any unlisted goal. It replies in under 30 seconds.
Ready for November 4
Launch month moves fast. Pick 1 goal with a date on it, measure it in hours, keep the moments you love for yourself, and put any help you want into a written brief. Then log in on November 4 and enjoy the new zones with everyone else.
