On Saturday, Celebration Europe was lucky enough to host Rick McCallum, producer of the prequel trilogies, Young Indiana Jones TV series and also the new upcoming live-action Star Wars TV series too. Warwick Davis hosted the hour long discussion and Q&A between 15:45 – 16:45.
Warwick opened his chat by asking Rick what he thought of Celebration Europe and Rick responded by saying “F… you can imagine the rest Awesome!”
Rick revealed the following gems during his chat: –
- 400 episodes of the TV series were now planned and will be shot in Sydney.
- The final script writers would be put together and confirmed later this year.
- Young Indiana Jones was heading to DVD starting later this year in October.
- George will more than likely still tinker with all the Star Wars films so we can expect to see a “Tinkered Special Edition” sometime in the future.
- All six Star Wars films will make it to 3D later in the decade.
