Cantina Cast: Diagnosis: Star Wars

Steve Potter returns to the Cantina Cast to discuss how Star Wars has helped him through some challenging times.

Whilst I’ve found myself out of work, I’ve been relying on Star Wars to keep me busy, both physically and mindfully. Thanks to the internet: social media and podcasts, I’ve been able to connect with fans and others around the world. Getting involved this way, is the most important thing and is keeping me busy. I watch the films, I watch rebels, I belong to Facebook groups and have a lot of Star Wars friends on Facebook and twitter. I also read the EU, share, and tweet Star Wars news and of course, listen to podcasts! And, I’m also on the forums of the 501st legion so Star Wars has become an integral part of my daily routine. It has been an important part of keeping my demons at bay and I will continue to keep it so! If I speak to fellow sufferers, I ask them if they have a hobby/passion that they can utilize for their enjoyment!
