Becca Benjamin shines a light on The Force Awakens over at Coffee With Kenobi as she welcomes the new film into her life.
As Maz Kanata so eloquently stated, the light – it’s always been there, so has Star Wars. For as long as I can remember, Star Wars, like the light or the force, has had a hand in guiding and shaping my life. And thankfully, up to this very day, it still does.
That being said, if you hadn’t already noticed, a new Star Wars movie opened up in theaters this weekend. And yes, I’m being facetious. Obviously, if you’re reading this now, you already know or have seen the latest installment of Star Wars – The Force Awakens. For some of us, the iconic saga continues in its epic form and in its cyclical format – connecting the familial patterns that have drawn us in since the very beginning. It’s a unique formula, an intricate combination of fantasy meets reality and it’s perfectly balanced, well, from a certain point of view.
