Lucasfilm’s dandy Dan Brooks spent some time chatting with Hasbro’s design director Steve Evans on the newly-announced Black Series 6″ Mace Windu and The Vintage Collection Poe Dameron figures. Evans also commented briefly on the upcoming Black Series 6″ Battle Droid and TVC R2-D2 figures that were announced a few days ago at MCM London Comic Con, highlighting the fact that fans/collectors will be seeing R2 on a cardback from A New Hope for the first time. Mace Windu is coming to Hasbro‘s Star Wars: The Black Series line of 6-inch action figures, it was revealed today at Lucca Comics & Games in Italy. The Jedi Master who defeated Jango Fett and was the first to challenge the secret Sith Lord, Palpatine, Windu will arrive in spring 2019, marking the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
