In celebration of director J.J. Abrams’ 54th birthday over the weekend, composer Michael Giacchino posted the photo embedded below on his Twitter account of him standing next to Abrams decked out in full crimson Sith Trooper gear from The Rise of Skywalker.
Giacchino, who provided the score for 2016’s Rogue One standalone film by Gareth Edwards, joins Daniel Craig, Tom Hardy, and Ed Sheeran as notable celebrities who have donned Stormtrooper armor in the Sequel Trilogy. Hardy shared a scene with Princes Harry and William in The Last Jedi that was eventually dropped from the final version of the film.
