Harrison Ford Praises Indiana Jones Co-Star Ke Huy Quan for Latest Film

Harrison Ford has praised his Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom co-star Ke Huy Quan for his latest film, Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Harrison Ford has heaped praise on his Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom co-star Ke Huy Quan following the latter’s huge success this year.

Quan famously played the role of Short Round in the 1984 movie opposite Ford’s Indiana Jones, and is being tipped for awards for his recent return to acting in Everything Everywhere All at Once.

The two recently reunited for a picture at Disney’s D23 Expo (image above), Ford revealing in a new interview with Uproxx that it was “great to see him”.

Speaking further about Everything Everywhere All at Once, Ford added: “I’ve had the opportunity to see the film. He is really terrific in his movie. And I’m so glad to see him… and what he has become. I’m so happy for him. He’s such a happy guy, too.”

Touching upon a potential Oscar nomination for Quan, Ford exclaimed: “And well deserved! Well deserved.”

Last month, Quan defended his Indiana Jones movie from accusations of racism, with the movie accused of using the white saviour trope.

Everything Everywhere All At Once is available to rent or buy now in the UK from Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store and other digital retailers. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is scheduled for release on June 23, 2023.
