Droid performer Nathan Plant, who worked on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story & Solo: A Star Wars Story, is the first guest announced for Look sir, droids! Echo Base Live, Europe’s premiere Star Wars collectors event, taking place in Redditch on October 10th, 2026.
Nathan Plant is a British actor, comedian, and creature/droid performer who has worked on several films in the Star Wars sequel and anthology eras. He is best known for bringing various aliens and droids to life inside heavy suits and creature costumes.
Star Wars Roles
* The Force Awakens (2015): Played one of the alien Hassk Triplets / Hassk Thug in Takodana Castle.
* Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016): Portrayed the RA-7 protocol droids designated 4D6-J-A7 and KMD-RA-71.
* Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018): Contributed creature and special effects performance work.
* Other Franchises: Outside of Star Wars, he has also worked on creature effects for other major productions like the Willow TV series.
