Actress, creature & suit performer Stephanie Silva, who worked on numerous Disney Star Wars films, is the second guest announced for Look sir, droids! Echo Base Live, Europe’s premiere Star Wars collectors event, taking place in Redditch on October 10th, 2026.
Stephanie joins previously announced guests including droid performer Nathan Plant.
Stephanie Silva is a Swedish actress, model, creature performer and suit performer who has brought a wide range of aliens, droids and other characters to life across multiple Star Wars productions.
Known for her physical performance work beneath prosthetics, masks, elaborate costumes and specialist suits, Stephanie has appeared across the Star Wars sequel trilogy as well as Rogue One and Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Star Wars roles include:
• ME-8D9 – the ancient assassin-turned-protocol droid seen at Maz Kanata’s castle in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.
• Silvanie Phest – featured in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
• Canto Bight Alien – one of the distinctive alien characters seen in the casino city of Canto Bight in Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi.
• Silvasu Fi – one of Enfys Nest’s Cloud-Riders in Solo: A Star Wars Story, appearing as part of the swoop-bike riding group.
• Red Lady Alien – one of the alien characters brought to life in Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker.
Beyond the Star Wars universe, Stephanie also performed as a troll character in Lucasfilm’s Willow.
Stephanie’s work spans acting, physical performance, creature work and specialist suit performance, helping bring some of the characters and creatures of these worlds from concept to screen.
