2017 Creative Arts Emmy Winners Announced – Sorry ‘The Star Wars Show’

Last night the Television Academy presented the first of its two 2017 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Ceremonies honoring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremony, which kicked-off the 69th Emmys, awards many talented artists and craftspeople in the categories of animation, documentary, reality and variety programming.

Up for an award in the category of Outstanding Short Form Variety Series was The Star Wars Show. To be one of the five nominees is a big deal, and even though the award went to The Daily Show – Between The Scenes, we want to give the team a big shout out…. Mickey Capoferri (Executive Producer), Scott Bromley (Producer), John Harper (Producer), Andi Gutierrez (Host), and everyone else involved – you did us all proud, and there’s always next year – MTFBWY!
