Our friends at Toys ‘R’ Us UK have let us know that the Black Series Stormtrooper Voice Changer Helmet has been delayed in the UK, here’s all the information you need…
Unfortunately we have had some very disappointing news from Hasbro regarding the Black Series Storm Trooper Helmet. This was supposed to be delivered to us at the beginning of this week so that we could fulfil the pre-orders and have the product available for the midnight launch later tonight/tomorrow.
The official statement from Hasbro is as follows:-
Hasbro values our strong relationship with STAR WARS fans and collectors, and greatly appreciates their support. Due to inclement weather, unfortunately, there will be a delay in getting STAR WARS: THE BLACK SERIES IMPERIAL STORMTROOPER ELECTRONIC VOICE CHANGER HELMET on shelves and delivered to pre-sale consumers by 9/30. We’re aware of the issues and are working tirelessly to make sure we get this helmet in your hands as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Stock on the Helmet is due into Hasbro on 13th October & so should be with us week commencing 17th October.
Where a Customer has placed a pre-order, they will be contacted by either the store or the E-commerce team directly. As a way of saying sorry for this delay, all Customers affected will receive a free Black Series Diecast Vehicle.
