Celebration Europe 2016: Hot Wheels Exclusive Boba Fett Prototype Armor Character Car

Yesterday the schedule of panels (otherwise referred to by the now-famous term “9 Feet of Awesome” courtesy of ReedPOP’s Queen of Star Wars Celebration Mary Franklin) that will be taking place at Celebration Europe 2016 next month was officially released. Listed beneath the Behind-The-Scenes Stage section is a Hot Wheels panel scheduled for Saturday with the following title and description:

Hot Wheels and Star Wars: Car Design in a Galaxy Far, Far Away

Join Hot Wheels Senior Designer Bryan Benedict and Lucasfilm’s Chris Gollaher as they provide a glimpse behind-the-scenes of the Hot Wheels Star Wars die-cast line! See what goes into the design and development of a Hot Wheels Character Car from conception to sculpting to deco to production, and get some expert tips from Bryan on how to design your own! Attendees will also vote for next year’s Hot Wheels Star Wars Celebration exclusive car to follow up this year’s Prototype Armour Boba Fett. We’ll make the decision right there in the room! Glimpse a sneak peek at some new Character Car designs as well as an all-new line of Hot Wheels Star Wars die-cast cars launching this fall.

As you can see from the text highlighted in blue, the panel description reveals that Hot Wheels will be offering a Boba Fett Prototype Armor character car as an exclusive at the convention! We’ll be posting an image(s) of the car and it’s associated price a soon as they become available, so stay tuned!
